The icare Model teaches us how to decenter our lifestyle and work through the discomfort of being wrong to foster a healthy workplace and community for the greater good of inclusion.

Managing, working and interacting in a multicultural and multigenerational setting is filled with opportunities to unintentionally offend. Though we may share a working environment, industry or other traits in common with our colleagues and customers, that doesn’t mean our lifestyles and values are central to their world —with myriad traditions, customs, norms and values that may be unfamiliar.
